Where Do Babies Go When They Die

These little ones are in Heaven. II Samuel 12:23, where King David says, "...I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me." is talking about Heaven. The footnotes under II Samuel 12:23 in The Spirit-Filled Life Bible (of which Pastor Hayford served as General Editor) read:

      Here is a wonderful promise for all who have lost young children to death: I shall go to him.
