We believe our first obligation is to tithe to our local church. This is biblical and right (Malachi 3:10). Beyond that, we are directed to give "offerings" as God would direct, to those ministries who bless and feed you. We are to be sure we are giving cheerfully, as unto Him (II Corinthians 9:6-8). Consider the amount you give, large or small, to be seed you are sowing. Ask God to bless it and cause it to multiply and return with increase so you can sow more the next time. |
